Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn more about me and the Wolin Wellness Center. First a little about me;

I had professionally practiced for over 42 years, (including 20 years of clinical experience as a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst and 22 years of clinical experience with alternative and complimentary medicine.) I did my undergraduate work at New York University, University College of Arts and Science in New York and received my M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) from the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine in Louisville, KY. I completed my Internship and Psychiatric Residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, IL and am a graduate of the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute. In 2012, I retired my medical license and realigned my wellness center into Life Wellness Coaching.

As the above indicates, after realizing my dream to become a medical psychiatrist, I shifted my practice to focus on alternative and complementary medicine because I was convinced that classical-medical-and psychiatric techniques were not healing my patients quickly enough and left a lot of unanswered questions. Further, medications I had once prescribed to heal often produced unwanted and serious side effects. During this same period, my own allergies were getting worse, and classical medicine was not helping me either. When I turned to alternative therapies to obtain additional answers for both my patients and myself, the results I obtained demonstrated to me that a blending of alternative and classical approaches gave the most comprehensive and best options for prevention of disease and healing of illness.

While as an integrative holistic physician, I worked with patients to address the root cause of their symptoms, using cutting-edge treatments to heal them and restore balance emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. My practice empowered patients to initiate lifestyle changes.

Now, having retired from being a medical doctor and as the next step in my journey with Wolin Wellness Center, I am a life wellness coach and spiritual healer. I am using my life experience and teaching to help coach clients to maximize their positive life energy. My goal is to help improve your life mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually by connecting you to your core of life energy.
